get a visa

• I want to get a visa from Spain embassy in Tehran for participating in the Conference and I need a Visa only for 10 days and my passport is valid until 30/12/2005, and the conference will be held at 12 september.
  Please tell me what can I do for getting the Visa.

  Soy cubana y vivo en Italia hace 7 anos. Tengo mi permiso de residencia pero quisiera trasferirme a Espana porque tengo mas posibilidades de trabajo ya que mi sobrino es espanol, vive en Canarias y es propietario de un negocio. Que debo hacer?
