free room for a girl - centre - july

• we are renting a big room, with a big window and a single bed, wardrobe, wooden floor, table & chair.
  
  the flat is big, light, with a large living and dining room with a balcony. it is in a nice quite area, close to the centre, connection with the metros: rios rosas (2mins), 4caminos & n.ministerios (10mins) and many buses. around there are many supermarkets, bars, there is a cinema, two parks and a swimming pool.
  
  we have central heating and wifi. we would like you not to smoke in public places, in your room and balcony its fine.
  
  the price is: 307 € + 25 € (electricity, gas & water)
  
  a deposit of 300 € will have to be payed to our landlord (you will get it back when you leave and announce him).
