any advice for rental poblems

• Can anybody hepl us with an advice? We have ented an appartment in spain, paying all the rents and bills, including the bills, that was made befoe we moved in. Now the owners want us to pay the whole rent, even that we paid the bills, made by them for cca.200€. We have simply deduct the number from the rent, but they ae thretening us to kick us out if we dont pay the whole sum for ent. We have the contract for 12 months, also have paid the deposit - 350€! PLEASE give us any advice, since we ae going to be on a street if they kick us out, even that we paid everything that we should!!!
