how to get a working permit

• Good day to everyone.
  
  I'm a filipina and recently here in rotterdam for a holiday with a very nice family sponsor (good samaritan) My family friend here is trying me to stay with them especially the wife cause she doesn;t have a daughter. Now... i'm married in the philippines and our plan is to look for a job with me here so that i can stay long with them. How can i get a working permit?
