working visa

• I am from the phil, i have a friend who is the owner of Orchidea Hotel in Turin,Torino Italy,He offrered me to work in his hotel as a housekeeping supervisor, he asks me to email my passport only so he can help me to accquire a working visa. My question are aside from passport copy what else the additional requirements needed and how long is the processing and how long is the validity of working visa?
