Medical visa help

• I am from Pakistan and patient of polio. I want to
  come to the german for fitting with leg orthoses. But german embassy did not issued visa to me
  ( as given the reason that i am 22 year old
  and unmarried).
  I have appeal againest there design in verwaltungsgericht Berlin, i am waiting for there design since last one year. Please inform me
  if any one can help me.
