E111 and 6 month work placement

• Hi Guys
  
  Im an IT contractor (with my own Ltd company) about to start a 6 month contract in Nuernberg.
  
  I thought to myself, no worries, its the EU/EC init! I can live and work anywhere as part of the agreement. Not so easy ... doh! Having looked here and seen that after 3 months I will have to trade in my E111 and start paying silly amounts into the German health scheme.
  
  As im only going to be there for 6 months (max) is there anything to stop me flying back to the UK and getting a new E111 after 3 months?
