Looking for work in Dubai (Canada is much too cold)

Hi,
Myself and My wife we are both British citizens and we presently live in Canada we have 2 Canacian born kids and we also have Canadian Citizenship as we lived in canada in last 15 yeas.
I have been working as a Real Estate salesperson in last ten years in toronto (with RE/Max Realty) and my wife has 14 yeas of work experiance with Barclays bank in London England.
We are in our mid forties and we like to know if we can apply or expect to get a job in Dubai.
