security deposit

• This is outrageous! I was charged $575 as a security deposit for my phone service with Bell Canada! I am a graduate student from the USA and I find this outrageous!

  you may have told them that you were going to make international calls every day to check on your family home, etc. This is atrick they have and that is why is better to tell them that you will not make any long distance calls.
  
  Now, $575 is a lot of money. Well, you will get it back within a year + interests and that will serve as a credit reference
