No chance

• Do not even try to get a work permit for Switzerland if you are not from the EU, the Swiss are really racist and have recently passed a new law allowing only EU people to live and work in switzerland. Even if you are "highly skilled," you have to prove this to the Swiss government by showing that your employer advertised the position for a few years and that he could not find anyone else in the whole EU (which is about 25 countries). There is no way an employer would do this, unless you are some Nobel Prize winner. So, better to go to another european country and not this closed, racist hellhole of ignorant people who only want money in their banks but won't let you live here.
