    A short introduction about myself - I am passionate about cooking and have 7+ years of professional cooking experience, of which most of it was at 5 star hotels and resorts. I am currently working with a 5 star resort in Kuala Lumpur where I take care of the Indian section. I have experience in live cooking, and have been doing it since a year. My major expertise are on - Tandoori and Curries. I have expertise in cooking non-vegetarian indian foods like chicken tandoori, chicken tikka, lamb tikka, lamb seekh kabbab, navabi kabbab, chicken malai tikka, butter chicken, murg kali mirch, mutton kofta curry, and other various curries. On the vegetarian side I have my expertise on panner tikka, mushroom tikka, stuffed mushroom, panner tikka irani, panner butter masala, alloo gobi, dhal makkani. I also cook chicken biriyani, hyderabad biriyani, lamb biriyani. I am also well versed in cooking other foods like malaysian,western and japenese food.
