converting student visa to work permit visa or HSMP visa

  I came to UK recently to join a course in MSc -Managing Information Technology FULL-TIME for the academic year 2009-2010. At present, I have a Student Visa. I have 18 and 1/2 years experience in various fields like Mechanical Engineering , Software Programming and Teaching fields. I have attached my resume for your kind perusal. Now, I would like to change my Visa status to HSMP Visa / Working Visa in order to work here in UK . Is it possible, Sir? if so,what i suppose to do sir?
