seeking for a new job and change of sponsorship

• I have been selected by the investors trust for the post of telemarketing executive through international marketing management sponsoring agency in dubai and joined duty in the said post in dubai in last month.On joining duty, I found that job is not according to my status. I am a MBA Post Graduate holder in marketing in major and finance in minor. I am having 2 yrs experience in marketing. Any coy/firm/formation/bank in need of marketing/sales executives / administrator in any respect ,may call me for interview.
