• Visa refusal (black listed)

  Hi, Please advise;
  
  I have been hired by an oil producing company, the company had once applied for my vis but it was refused with the reason that my name was in black list while I have never been in UAE. Please advise how this issue may be resolved??
  The company has again applied for visa, will it succeed geting me the visa???
