NOC rules

• I have been working at Dubai (work visa) since August 2006. I have found a better job with a better company and they require that I join them at the earliest within 15 days and they will issue me work visa. My present employer is ready to cancel my visa, but refuses to issue NOC certificate to me. Please advise what I should do and take what precation such that I can join the new company within 15 days. In the absence of NOC will there be a ban of six months to re-wort at Dubai. Please reply at the earliest on [email removed]
