See I am not the national of dubai but working in dubai from the last 9 years what I observe i wana give you my experience that the dubai nationals they are totally stupid and nonsense. Dont bother urself to think about these laws. Because they change their law even visiting the bath room for a once. They are only looking for money by making laws every day. Any way your question is this is 1000% sure. There is no any problem if you having sex in ur own appartment or any safe place like in ur boyfriend appartment/villa and any covered room. But if you will have a chance to do sex with your boyfriend on beach or somewhere like open area then you 50% cahnces that they would sed you jail with your boyfriend. its sure
