HIV Test _ Slightly

• I understand the Dubai ruling about the HIV blood test for the work/residency visa and deportation if you test positive - especially if you are well aware you are HIV positive - but what happens if you are upfront and honest and declare your HIV status to your employers and are getting your meds from the UK anyway? Would you be allowed in to do your job or not? And aren't there diplomatic and other exemptions?
