eviction when apt. in house sold

• we may be evicted when our landlord sells his house. We have occupied top floor for 10 years.Rent tribunal tell me I can remain in unit after 60 days.New owner must then apply to board to show there is no bad faith or economic ruse. Anyone have knowledge or experience of this
