  One of the leading digital imaging and solutions companies for private and business use. Within their international call center in Brussels, they cover 9 languages and 3000 applications. An international atmosphere with various career opportunities. For the moment they are recruiting German speakers service desk analysts.
  
  Position
  
  The service desk analyst will be responsible for:
   Providing complex or technical support to customers by telephone, e-mail and web tools.
   Deal with ICT users within Europe, ICT questions, problems in a friendly and professional way.
   Following every problem till a good solution has been found.
  
  Candidate
  
   GERMAN NATIVE OR DUTCH NATIVE with ENGLISH, FRENCH (,DUTCH,GERMAN).
   Good knowledge of WINDOWS OFFICE 2000/2003.
   Good knowledge of LOTUS NOTES.
   Good knowledge of NETWORKING: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
   Motivated, with good communication skills.
   Team spirit.
   Call center experience is a plus.
   Flexi-time.
