Pensioner in switzerland

• Please can anyone tell me if in June 2007 I will be able to stay longer than the 2 x 3 months that I am currently permitted to stay in switzerland as a visitor. I am English and do not want to have a Swiss permit and pay tax here, but would like to be able to stay longer than currently allowed. I wonder if the new regulations will oermit this? Does anyone know? I draw an Engligh pension.
