Migration to Switzerland

  I am a Sri-Lankan Citizen seeking for Switzerland Migration
  
  I am a graduate in Information Systems & Computing and currently I am working for the countries leading Mobile telecommunication provider and a leading player in the ICT industry. My work experience there is now 4 years.
  
  I am currently following Oracle DBA path for my further knowledge.

  No chance. You have to first find a company in Switzerland which is interested in you and wants to sponsor you. Even if they like your application, they still have to search for someone in the EU, prove to the swiss government that he could not find someone in switzerland or in 25 countries of the EU, and THEN he can apply for your work permit.
  
  How many companies are willing to wait that long and spend that much money for advertising costs and interviewing everyone in the EU just to hire you? No chance buddy.
