Baby born to Brittish Father

• I lived in the UK for 2 years and had a relationship with a British man that fell apart when I became pregnant, I am from South Africa and when my working visa expired I returned home. I gave birth to my daughter in South Africa and was wondering what are my chances of getting her dual citizenship as her father will not co operate and sign the birth certificate??
