Can I get visa in US if I am Self-Employed?

• Good day. I am currently on LI Visa status which will run out at end of this year. I have a building construction compnay and another compnay that is a real estate holding. I want to devote time to growing the business once my L1 visa expire. My question is can I get a self-employment visa or what kind of visa will I need to stay in US and legally continue with my business.
