I need help please!

• Hi everybody!
  Before I turned 18 I came and left the Netherlands when I was 19 because of some problems, everything went suddenly and unplanned. I lived in the Netherlands for almost 4 years. Now I want to come back after almost 3 years from the Philippines to the Netherlands. I have family in the Netherlands. I’m working here in the Philippines as a translator so speaking, reading and writing and understanding is really not the problem, I also fit in the Dutch culture because of my education in the Netherland. Now I just want to come back but the only problem is that I never had a Dutch nationality so I know it could be difficult. But will the IND take note that I only didn’t had a Dutch nationality because I wasn’t 18 so there was no haste for it. and will they take it as a plus that I speak, read and write Dutch and absolutely fit in the culture? Or will they look at me as a complete foreigner from Asia ? I would like to thank you all for the help!!!
