Canadian married to a Dutchman wanting to move back to Holland, how?

• My husband moved to Canada 5 years ago and we got married. Now we are thinking of moving to the Nederlands. Easy for him, but what about me? I don't want to be a burden on his shoulders, I want to work. Does anybody know what would be the best thing for me to do? Start the paper work here in Canada or wait till we are in the nederlands? Thanks!
