How to get a job legally????

• Hello,my name is Alex. I am an au-pair in the Netherlands. According to the rules I can stay here only till 12th of March 2007 when my Dutch Residence Permit is expired. Who can advise me what I can do in order to extend my Residence Permit or to get Work Permit so that to stay in the country to get a job after my stay as an au-pair?
