Reg Certificate of Board and Lodging ("Attestation d'Accueil")

• Hi,
  Some of my relatives from London, are visiting my house in Paris. I have to give them a Certificate of Board and Lodging ("Attestation d'Accueil" obtained from the nearest police station or town hall. Using this certificate, they can apply for visa. I am not sure how to get the same, as i do not know where the nearest police station or town hall is. As most web sites are in French, I am unable to understand any details.
  It would be very helpful if any of you can provide me the information on location of Police station or town halls. I live in Puteaux and I speak English.
