work permit NAFTA - professional

• I currently hold a work permit in canada Im mexican, engineer and I'd like to extend it under NAFTA agreement, T23 professional - engineer, does anybody know what forms, papers i need? what do i need form my employer? how can I apply?
  I've been trying to collect information from the web, and the only thing I get is "I don't need HRSDC confirmation" I understand that, but then how do I proceed? any information would be useful thank you,,
