Visitor's Visa to Canada from India

• I am adopted, and my parents came to visit last summer for 7 weeks, and they were approved visa for 6 months. I am getting married, and I would like to bring them here again. I live with my uncle, and aunt passed away last April. My uncle had done the paper work last time, but he is not willing to help me again. How would I go upon this? I would like to bring my parents here just for my wedding..only 3 weeks.
