registration upon arrival

• if i arrive to Germany from another Shegen country (holding a permanent residence permit in that country) for a tourist trip of 3 weeks, do I have to register at local magistrat upon arrival?

  Hi Nina,
  if you have a permanent residence permit or even just a visa from another Shengen country, you do not need to register for a tourist trip.
