  • German Citizenship

..is related to Blood as no 1: one of your parents is a born German, you should have a good option to claim German Citizenship, difficult is for you here the change of her citizenship, maybe.
get the documents, grandmother/ ideally both grandparents proof of birth, weding docs etc, Mother's birthdocs, (in Germany they use a socalled family Book: Familienbuch, where these dates are written in and certied, does that still exist in your family?) your birthcertificate and then, when you HAVE all of that, go ask at the nearest German Embassy/ Consulat for assistance or advise; the main deciding office for such questions is in Koeln/ Cologne, Germany. where are YOU, which country, if I may ask?
