Accommodation in Hamburg

• Hi, I'm a 20 year old British student (female), and will be teaching English in Hamburg for a year starting September 2005. Can anyone give me any tips on finding accommodation?

  There are some places that might help you find an accomodation in Hamburg.
  
  There's an extensive number of sites giving an overview of flats for rent etc. like the Hamburger Abendblatt's Immonet http://immonet.abendblatt.de/ or http://www.immobilienscout24.de . It'll help if you know which part of Hamburg you will be teaching in, though. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
