Spouse visa living outsiude UK

• Hi all
  I'm peruvian and married to a Bitish citizen, after I've got the spouse visa we were living in the UK for 7 month until we decided to go back to Peru. My Spouse visa is expiring on June 2008. We are planning to come back to the UK before it. Could I get the ILR visa even without being in the country for more than 1 year?
