  A Gibraltar based Chartered Accountants is looking for a Senior Company Manager to join their Fiduciary team. Your duties will include handling the requirements of the company’s existing clients whilst working with the Directors to expand this portfolio. Ensuring that client expectations are met in all areas at all times and that arrangements are in place for compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This will include a complete review of the exiting client portfolio in order to ensure effective compliance.
  You will also lead the development and application of compliance standards in our client’s procedures. You will be tasked with organising and delivering internal training; including initial and refresher AML Training Planning, managing compliance-related projects and advising management / staff on regulatory issues and requirements. Finally there is an element of reporting which includes preparing monthly reports for the Board on compliance issues, the results of monthly compliance and monitoring.
