GERMAN CS REPRESENTATIVE

  • The European Customer Service Centre of an American Multinational in Barcelona, is looking for a:

    GERMAN CS-REPRESENTATIVE

    We are looking for a professional with strong commitment to deliver superior customer services. Your responsibilities include processing orders, liaising with the accounts department in connection with invoicing procedures and with the warehouse for dispatch to customers. Furthermore co-ordinating and tracking price quotations.

    Provides admin support to the sales team and liaises with distribution to ensure adequate stock allocation (consignment stock. loans and floaters)

    PROFILE:
    - Native GERMAN and proficient in English. A 3rd EU language command would be
    anMextra.
    - At least two years of experience in customer service or a international service
    platform
    - Skilled in BackOffice software at user level. Experienced in ERP integrated order
    processingMsystemsM(preferablyJDE)is a plus
    - Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and resolve problems promptly
    - Likes team work, open communication environment
    - Strongly service oriented and initiative complete the profile

    MAIN TASKS:
    - Processing orders
    - Liaising with the accounts department, warehouse and sales team
    - Coordinating and tracking price quotations
    - Supplying product information to customers
    - Providing admin support to the sales team
    - Liaising with distribution to ensure adequate stock allocation
    - Dealing with customers, orders (Interventional Products) and enquiries
    - Supplying product information, having reasonable product knowledge
