  A very successful, international property developer require a Financial Director who has a thorough understanding of accounting, bookkeeping and financial management requirements. This is a high profile role in a high growth business. Main duties will be control of general accounting, negotiation of future financing with banks, private investors, investment funds etc, preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. You must be bilingual in English & Spanish (French & Portuguese would also be advantageous). You must also have a basic knowledge of international tax systems (Spain, Morocco, Brazil).
