Compliance Officer – Gibraltar

  A Gibraltar based fund administration company require an experienced Compliance Officer.
  You will be solely responsible for ensuring that compliance arrangements, procedures are clearly defined and adhered to. You will also ensure that client expectations are met in all areas at all times. To achieve this you must be able to: Evaluate compliance procedures and the risk profiles of their clients. Write compliance manuals from scratch. Lead the development and application of new compliance standards. Ensure all standards are met and that this can documented. It is felt you should have at least two years experience in a similar position, preferably with in a fund / trust organisation.
