Non-investing partner wanted
-
I am looking for a non-investing partner, to help me with some new internet based projects that I am about to launch.
I have many years of programming experience, both with small companies, and, prior to coming to Spain, multi-nationals. This experience, and the fact that I know that the best way to move forward is to stand up first (!), has led me to develop these projects.
The partner will work from home, hours to suit, and will be required to develop the business, add to and refine the existing project, find and organise sales people (selling mainly to small businesses and self-employed), and home workers. The partner won't be required to sell themselves, although they can if they choose to.
The partner will be organised, with a good sense of business, able to keep records, and able to grasp concepts. They will be able to use email, and understand websites, as a visitor, not as a programmer or technical consultant - I do not need or want techies. They will not think 9-5, because there won't be long stressful hours of work, but the hours could well be irregular.
First job will be to look at the project, comment and suggest ways forward, and to plan their own strategy, including how to find salespeople and home workers, and what sort of rates should be paid. Certainly, to start with, it will not be full time, and, as a partner, income will be derived from profits within the project, so income will not appear by magic.
I will be asking for payment towards costs incurred to date, but this will be taken from partners income, at a rate of 10% of the income, until the payment is covered. No payment will be required until earnings are made.
I am based in Spain, and the projects are perfect for Spain, but I see no reason why a partner should have to be located in any particular place. I would expect all contact to be done via Skype and email.
This is not a get rich quick scheme, nothing to do with any form of pyramid, health foods, etc. On target earnings should enable the partner to live from income from the project, certainly in Spain, but this will not happen overnight.
There will be a requirement to sign an NDA. For this reason, I will not be able to discuss any details here, but will be happy to discuss via PM.
If you think that you might be suitable, please get in touch. I don't want a CV, but please let me know if you have any experience that you feel might be relevant.
