two story town house in itaewon looking for housemates.

  I just came back to see some houses and I think I found the one I like!(I was looking for a relaxing house in Seoul)
  
  The house is located at ITaeWon not far from Hyatt hotel.
  This area is very well known for safety despite the fact it is located in ITaeWon.
  It only takes 3-5 mins walk to subway station.
  
  It's a two story town house.
  I liked the fact that there's a big sub deck in front of living room which is located on 2nd floor. That will give us enough privacy that I can even enjoy sun bath!!
  
  Of course when the house is nice like this, it will require expensive rent.
  The total rent is 4.400.000 KOW per month.
  since me and my boy friend want to have the master bedroom(just a little bigger) , we will pay 1,400,000 KOW.
  The remaining tenant will need to pay 1,000,000 KOW per month.
  
  This is a bit pricey but I feel it's way better than paying in a tiny officetel cell.
