looking for 6 month housing in SNU area

• My husband and I will be studying at Seoul National University and are looking for an apartment/villa/room/serviced residence for Sept 1st 2009 through March 1st 2010. We would prefer a place is a least partially furnished (although would consider unfurnished as well) and can pay about 1 million a month, absolute maximum 1.5 million.
