profession change and release

• I have an Iqama with the profession of a hotel labour,i am working in a hotel at dammam, now my sponsor is plan to sell that hotel.so i want to change my sponsorship to other company.my current sponser have no problem to release to another company.i have chance to get another company as an accountant job,so can i change my profession.
  I have done Bachelors of Commerce (b.com) from India(my degree certificate is already assested from Saudi councilate).so can my Iqama Profession be change from HOTEL LABOUR TO ACCOUNTANT according to my Academic Degree. I am legally a correct person so please do provide legal and authentic information
