need a family visa

• my profession in iqama is lebor but i am working as an architectural draughtman in a big consulting company at riyadh.My selary is 5000/= sr.iwant to bring my wife here.how to apply for permanent family visa for my wife?also my wife is a software engineer.she passed M.Sc in computer science & engineering from islamic University of Bangladesh.
