Working visa

• I got a job offered from Riyadh,having problem to apply for working visa at Home country saudi embassy due job vacancy is not listed in the system based on visa approval no. The company wants me to apply for visit visa now and convert to working visa when arr riyadh.Is it common with this problem and how is job security? Shd i go or not?

• Processing time for a job visa

  I have been offered a job position (through email)in Riyadh. My employer informs me that he applied for my visa letter. First of all I don't know what this visa letter means? Secondly, I would like to know how much time does this process (getting visa letter...) takes. It has been 5 weeks now when I last heard from my employer. I am getting a little impatient here. Can somebody explain me what this visa letter means and how much time it takes?
