Return to Saudi Arabia

• Hi! I have recently been offered a position in Saudi Arabia. I previously worked in Saudi Arabia in 1998, however, due to a family emergency, I was forced to leave the country on an exit / re-entry visa, and did not return (therefore, no NOC / no exit visa). I since have a new passport, and many years have passed. Can anyone advise if I would have a problem applying for a new sponsorship visa. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

  Hi! i came before nine month to india, i have expired my re-entry visa and now i want to travel saudi arabia on bussiness vist visa is it possible to enter into saudi arabia please provide me the suggesstion thank you

  Yes I think it's possible to travel on a Business Visa. You can simply consult with the Saudi Embassy in Delhi it's Consulate in Bombay.

• re entry in saudi arabia

  Dear friends
  i am working in Saudi Arabia and have offer from another company, existing company will not give me final exit, and transfer, so is it possible once i go on vacation and after expiry of re exist entry, i can stamp new visa in same passport? or any one have another idea? further what is the period limit once you left the Saudi you can enter on same passport in legal way?

  the minimum time period to return to Saudi Arabia is three years once your exit reentry has lapsed. There is not other way you can travel to KSA for work, you have to wait for 3 years.

  اذا قررت الخروج النهائي من المملكة فعليم اخذ اخلاء طرف وخطاب عدم ممانعه من العودة مرة اخرى الى المملكة من جهة العمل الحالية, وباذن الله لن تكون هناك مشكلة في العودة مرة اخرى مباشرة الى السعودية.
