Job Description
To be in charge of overseeing the Human Resources Department and manage the HR functions within an environment. This is a very result driven organization, whose infrastructure has been put in place and is in need of a creative and proactive HR Manager to take the function to the next level. In this hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to lead the HR function while working in tandem with the company to leverage the organization.
Responsibilities
Identification of new and current vacancies and need of human resource with the help of Project Manager, ECO Manager and Office Manager.
Job advertisement in different media like newspaper, mailing lists, universities, websites etc.
Managing Test papers for candidate tests.
Conducting and arranging interviews.
Assist and guide all employees of the organization in their career planning and development within the organization.
Evaluate employees and Assist management in appraisals.
Mentoring employees for non-technical activities and responsibilities.
Assisting Project Managers, Technical Leads in arranging trainings for non-technical/ technical trainings.
Motivating employees throughout the organization.
Training employees on motivation, soft skills, leadership, teamwork issues.
Retaining good employees by continuous supervision and appraisals.
Identification of bad employees by continuous supervision and appraisals.
Identification and development of improvement areas within the organization for human resource retention.
Job Specification
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
Proven ability and understanding of HR Law, HR policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee retention, development, and training
MBA in HR Management with Bachelors in Computer Sciences will be preferred
2+ Years of Hands on Experience on above mentioned skills
