Food grains Trading Biz in Saudi Arabia

• I've got a sponsor who is ready to finance me but till date is not ready to sign the contract and agreement between us . He says after the Iqama transfer is done. Is it possible for a salesmans Iqama to be transferred as everyone says its difficult. Also what should be the percentage that I should give to the saudi financier for financing me .
