Bram Castle

• Is Dracula's castle all it is hyped up to be? Is it worth visiting if you are a Dracula fan? I have always wanted to go to Transylvania, but am wondering if it is worth the trip.

  YEA! It was one of my favorite places to visit in the world. The only cooler thing was hiking Mordor in New Zealand.

  Nice region, it's worth visiting also the whole area (Brasov, Poiana Brasov, Rasnov, Sibiu, Balea, Valea Prahovei and others), Bucharest-Brasov is around 175 km (some over 100 miles, like 2 1/2-3 hrs drive), and from Brasov you have like 25 km to the castle. The whole area could be covered in 400-500 km trips (all together), Brasov-Sibiu being the longest (150 km).
