need avisa to be with my husband in doha and find a sponsor to work there

• hi my name is milouda .i am 23 graduated from algirs university-marketing-.i am living and working as an admin/assistant.here in algeria and i want to move to doha,becouse my husband is living there he has a work visa.please help me to work and be there near my husband.
