• Head Maintenance Mechanical

  - Monitoring and ensuring the material cost for maintenance is in the limit of the business plan.
  - Supervising all equipment repair and services at the steel shop and lime shop with minimum cost in an efficient and safe manner.
  - Ensuring the working environment is healthy and safe.
  - Developing months plans for inspections, major repairs and prevent maintenance.
  - Implement the quality standards of the Arcelor Mittal and inform all personnel.
  - Developing training and safety instructions for all personnel involved in use or repair of cranes, steel converter and lime kiln (cement).
  Coordinating 60 men’s (electricians, mechanics and hydraulics) who maintenance the oxygen steel converters, cranes, continuous casters machines lime kiln, Supervisor and Inspector Cranes.
  Supervising repair and services Shop, Preparation of Business Plan, Preparation of Yearly and Month budgets, Plan of reparation, Cost Estimates and anticipating the projects of Repairs and Prevent Maintenance, Training and safety.
