   Organize inhouse safety audits and HSE meeting.
   Investigate incidents / accidents /near miss and advice action necessary to the company management.
   Carryout contract specific HSE risk assessments.
   Providing inductions to the all newly joined staff.
   Identify Training needs and arrangements of training and maintain records.
   Prepare Schedule and monitor Emergence response conducting Emergency Evacuation drill.
   Reviewed and update Company’s emergency procedure.
   Communicate information to all involved work (TBT) and provide safety advice to employees.
   Prepare Weekly and Monthly Safety Reports.
   Plant inspection and inspection of rigging, slinging, lifting tools, cranes and convey safe Mechanical or technical procedure.
   Carrying out joint inspection with the consultants for the above contracts.
